These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through our website, by phone or directly in our store.
Shipping areas
We deliver throughout Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible, but can be arranged upon request and for an additional fee.
Shipping
Shipping is free for purchases of 100.-
The shipping costs for orders under 100.- depend on the size and weight of the ordered product/furniture as well as the distance of the delivery location. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
For orders over CHF 1490.- we offer free delivery & assembly throughout Switzerland.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on item availability and the distance of the delivery location. Normally, delivery times for in-stock items are between 3 and 7 working days.
Made to order items may have a longer delivery time of 8 to 10 weeks. We strive to provide accurate delivery forecasts and notify customers promptly of any delays.

Standard delivery: Includes delivery to the curb.
Full service delivery: Includes delivery & assembly of furniture
Full Service Delivery Guidelines
To ensure that the products you order can be delivered to your desired room, house or apartment without any problems, we ask you to check the accessibility of your premises in advance. In the event of difficulties such as staircases that are too narrow or doorways that are too small, etc., additional costs may be incurred for necessary measures. These additional costs must be borne by the customer. If you are unsure or have any questions about preparing your delivery location, we will be happy to help you find a solution together.

We won't surprise you and will arrange a suitable appointment by phone or email that suits you and us.
For standard deliveries, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery online.
